SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping is free over £150 (normally Royal Mail Tracked 24), otherwise £6 for a standard size parcel. Special Delivery is from £12 depending on weight of items and is optional at checkout.
Standard shipping will only insure your items up to £100, and Special Delivery up to £500. Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping method with the required insurance.
REFUND POLICY
As all items are hand made and bespoke, I am unable to offer any returns or refunds on items, and deposits paid are non refundable. Orders fully paid for in advance are refundable if cancelled 7 days in advance of the booking date, minus the cost of a deposit which is £30. After 7 days 50% is refundable. Any time on or after the booking date, orders are non refundable.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payment accepted via credit or debit card or Klarna. Orders must be fully paid for before flowers are sent or delivered to me You will receive full address and instructions after full payment has been received.
